Processing for all orders are 3-9 business days. Shipping time depending on selected are 1-5 business days for domestic & 1-2 weeks for international. First class domestic shipping rates start from $9.00. Ground domestic shipping rates starts from $5.00. International first class shipping rates starts from $15.00. Priority international shipping rates starts from $25.00. Holidays or weekends will possibly delay shipping times.

Return & Refund Policy:

All sales are FINAL. Absolutely no refunds!!!!

All Items can not be returned due to Covid! Exchanges are only considered if you have received the wrong item and it has been less than 7 days! Please email kekosmetix@yahoo.com as soon as possible, there will be a postage fee of $4.75 to resend the item that is being exchanged. Also, there will be a wait period of 3-5 business days before the exchanged item is reshipped. KeKosmetix is not responsible if items are received damaged, please contact your local USPS.

If you put the wrong address and your package is returned you will have to select Reship/Return and checkout and pay for shipping. You will have to pay 2.75 for inconvenience and materials plus $5.00 for shipping + any taxes included!
